Superior Personal and Business Ethics are essential when serving the Massage Therapy Client. In this class you will review Business, Money, Dual Relationships, Transference, Counter-Transferance, Scope of Practice, Culture, Assimilating Common Sense and Law, Framework, Service. We will do this by using resources from the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB), the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP) and other relevant sources. What is a Founding Faculty Team Member?
A Founding Faculty Team Member is an Employee of Lypossage esthetiques International, LLC and is trained directly by Lypossage developer Charles W. Wiltsie III, LMT. You will be trained to Consult and Train Massage Therapists in Lypossage Zone 1, 2 & 3, Lypossage massage lymphatiques Full Body Treatment, Ethics, Advanced Spa Training and Practice Building 1 and 2. This is a paid position. Requirements are as follows:
- 5 Years Experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist with B.S. Degree preferred.
- 100 hours of Faculty Training in Lypossage, Ethics, Advanced Spa Training and Practice Building 1 and 2. Training will be held in Middletown, Connecticut.
- Self-Starter with the ambition and ability to organize training events

Outcomes: The massage therapist will have enough of an understanding of the spa business, including spa terminology, to get a job in a spa or to begin introducing spa products and services into her/his work environment. In addition, the student will be taught and know different methods of product application and removal.
